The Class of 1989 is celebrating its 20th year since graduation from Newnan High School. The reunion celebration is from Friday, September 25, 2009 through Saturday, September 26, 2009. The cost of registration per person for the main reunion event (held on Saturday, September 26, 2009), "the Reunion Soiree," is $75 each, plus a $2 administrative fee for processing credit cards if you participate in early registration. Please note that the rate above is applicable through August 15, 2009. Between August 16, and September 22, 2009, the rate of $85, plus a $3 processing fee for credit cards applies. Thereafter, $95 per person for onsite registration in cash only. The Reunion Soiree is being held at the Jackson-Pless National Guard Armory on Armory Road, beside Newnan High School from 7 p.m. until 1 a.m. The registration fee for the Reunion Soiree covers your catered food, two drink tickets, plus dancing and celebrating. A professional photographer will also cover the event and reunion photos will be available for purchase. Details to follow.
Additionally, on Friday, September 25, 2009, for classmates that wish to attend, we are tail-gating, then watching the Newnan Cougars bring home a victory at the Homecoming Game at Drake Stadium. The ticket price of $7 is an optional event this is not included in the Saturday night, main reunion soiree event. We will gather at 6 p.m. in a designated area to be determined at a later date, and kickoff is at 7:30 p.m. Class t-shirts celebrating our 20th reunion are available for sale for $10 each.
